Former Michigan linebacker Elysee Mbem-Bosse sent out a series of disturbing tweets of a threatening nature on Monday evening.

In a subsequent tweet, Mbem-Bosse said, "Within hours of a family crisis. Let's not forget." and "Let's not have a murder case on your hands". In another, he wrote, "They sent someone to my crib before".

It's unclear exactly what linebacker Elysee Mbem-Bosse was so angry about, but it would appear he was suspended by the MI football team at some point last season. "I'm talking with facts". His Twitter account has since gone private.

An MGoBlog user collected screenshots of the tweets, which refer to guns, an apparent suspension and a tweet where he tagged Harbaugh's Twitter handle.

Mbem-Bosse is still listed in the MI student directory.

According to MLive.com, University of MI police have launched an investigation into the threats and a spokesperson did not provide any details of the investigation to the outlet. He played the last two football seasons in Ann Arbor, appearing in 12 games.
