Jaime Kings son struck by glass after man allegedly attacks vehicle

Paul Francis Floyd, 47, allegedly jumped onto rear of the auto, causing the windshield to break, the Beverly Hills Police Department told People.

Jaime was actually outside of the auto when the man began smashing it, but her friend and 4-year-old son were inside, parked along the curb.

According to witnesses, he rode up on a skateboard and crawled onto the hood of the vehicle.

King's damaged auto was towed away after the incident while she was hugged by friends.

He eventually moved to the back of her vehicle, and you can see. he almost shattered the rear and front windshields.

The suspect, who has been named as 47-year-old Paul Francis Floyd, is also said to have attacked another vehicle, which had a male driver, by kicking it.

The glass shattered and hit the "Hart of Dixie" alum's son James, who was in his vehicle seat in the back seat.

Police quickly arrived on the scene and the man was arrested for felony child endangerment, misdemeanor battery and two counts of felony vandalism.

King's friend got out of the auto and confronted the suspect "in an effort to protect the child".

In a statement, Police also noted that there will be another investigation into the conduct of the paparazzi, who quickly swarmed the auto following the incident.

Jaime's friend then jumped out of the auto to confront the man, and he threw a can at her.

She was seen speaking to various passersby, as her son was held by her friend as the actress appeared unharmed.

A friend of the 38-year-old star - who also has two-year-old Leo Thames with husband Kyle Newman - was also inside the auto but came out of the parked vehicle in order to protect the little boy.

Tearful Jaime was spotted running back to the auto and being comforted by officers.
