FC Barcelona romped their way to the Copa del Rey trophy with a 5-0 win over Sevilla.

Spotting Sevilla's defence playing a high line, Jasper Cillessen drilled a long pass over the top for Coutinho to run on to and he squared across the face of goal for Suarez to knock home.

Barca started the second half rather more relaxed, though they soon clicked back into gear and opened up a four-goal lead. The goal removed the sting from Sevilla's press and from that moment, it was all one-way traffic for Ernesto Valverde's men.

The Argentine profited from a wonderful one-two between Jordi Alba and Iniesta to hammer a finish into the roof of the net.

Coutinho closed the scoring by converting a 69th-minute penalty kick after a handball by a Sevilla defender.

LIONEL MESSI got married to Antonella Roccuzzo yesterday - and some of the greatest players in world football were in attendance with their WAGs.

The captain cried during the final minutes of the game after being taken off to rapturous applause and his name being chanted by both sets of fans. Luis Suarez struck his second just before half-time, Racing away on to Messi's through ball to score Barça's third.

The World Cup victor, who joined Barcelona back in 1996, is one of the most decorated players in football history and has always conducted himself with the utmost professionalism.

Luis Suarez scored twice and Lionel Messi, Andres Iniesta and Philippe Coutinho also made the scoresheet for Barcelona's record-extending 30th Copa triumph, and sixth in the last decade. The only other team to do it was Real Madrid from 1905-08.

However, domestically Barcelona have dominated and will be looking to add La Liga along with the Copa del Rey this season.

"To win the Copa del Rey would be a good way to put the Champions League slip up behind us", he told a news conference.
