While the all-electric E-Vision sedan concept is the star of the Tata Motors stand at the Geneva Motor Show, there are two other concepts which are also drawing attention. The front end styling is similar to the 45X hatchback with slim LED headlamps, wraparound LED tail lamps and brushed aluminium grille. Tata's new Impact 2.0 design language promises "segment-leading wheel sizes" and "strong fenders" for an enhanced road presence and you can expect to see the same on this new auto.

Tata Motors claims that the E-Vision concept comes with connected auto technologies such as cloud computing, geo-spatial mapping, increased human-machine interface, analytics, live traffic updates give it predictive energy management systems and more. As we celebrate 20 years of our participation at Geneva, we are proud to showcase three exciting concepts - the E-VISION Sedan, the H5X and the 45X - that represent the changing face of Tata Motors in our journey towards shaping the future of mobility in the country. Both cars were unveiled just prior to the eVision concept. And if there is one vehicle that reminds of the rear fastback design, it would be the A7.

The vehicle rides on 21 inch wheels, features flush-fitting door handles, futuristic wing mirrors and uses plenty of brushed aluminium to to really stand out on the showfloor.

This is by-far the boldest statement made by Tata Motors which sees majority of its vehicles to be electrified by 2022.

The vehicle could be with internal combustion engine, a hybrid system or an electric motor.

"We are committed to the mission of electric mobility and are working to build sustainable future", Tata Motors CEO and Managing Director Guenter Butschek said at the world premiere of the model here. The Plus 8 50 anniversary edition will be a true V8-powered thoroughbred tribute to the model that has been Morgan's crowning vehicle for 50 years. Jaguar Land Rover has already announced that that post 2020 all of its vehicles will come with some form of electrification. The EVision Sedan Concept is also equipped with advanced driver assist systems (ADAS) features.
