Elton John stormed off of stage in Las Vegas after a fan wouldn't stop trying to grab him.

The 70-year-old rocker was in the middle of playing his hit song "Saturday Night's Alright for Fighting" and was surrounded by a huge group of fans when a couple of them started reaching out for the singer.

Music legend Elton John lost it Thursday night and almost brought his show to an impromptu end due to an encounter with an overzealous fan. He went off mic and clearly mouthed f**k off twice and then pushed his hand.

However, the stunt backfired when one fan in particular ruined it for the rest of the crowd by repeatedly trying to get a high five and touching Elton's back. Last night, John cut one of his songs short and left the stage because one person attempted to disrupt him mid-song.

For many fans, it would be the stuff of dreams to be invited onstage while Sir Elton John sang Saturday Night's Alright For Fighting. "You f--ed it up". He came back on a little while later and performed "Circle Of Life", but not before telling the crowd: "You fucked it up!"

However, David has explained it isn't the end for John as a musician, and confirmed he still has every intention to write new material - including for the stage - and even treat his fans to "one-off performances". He should never stop performing, that's just who he is.
