Grande's visited her fans at the hospital after the blast with two weeks after a bomb left over 100 casualties: 22 were killed and over 100 were injured.

The pop star visited the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital, chatting and posing for selfies with the injured children.

She has returned to headline the One Love charity concert for victims of the attack on Sunday.

A young fan of Grande, who was called Jaden, met her idol at the hospital and as soon as she two pictures with "the queen", she posted them on Twitter adding a caption that read, "I got to meet my queen today".

Among those over the moon to see her was 10-year-old Jaden Farrell-Mann, who suffered fractures to both legs and shrapnel wounds.

He tweeted: 'This means more to us than all the wonderful things people have done this week. when your daughter asks after her 2nd operation: 'Is Ariana ok?' 'So happy she came I could burst! Even cried again myself'. "Lily's hands were shaking and she was really giddy with excitement when the nurses said that she was coming, but Ariana was absolutely brilliant".

Pop stars including Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, Coldplay, Take That and Miley Cyrus will join Grande for Sunday's concert.

The show will also stream live on Ariana Grande's Facebook page and YouTube channel.

"She gave me a bit more confidence to be OK to go to the concert", she told ITV News. MTV will also livestream the benefit concert starting at 1:55 p.m ET. Ticketmaster originally set aside 14,200 seats for original concert goers to attend for free, and sold an additional 35,000 tickets to raise money for the benefit. William paid tribute to the victims by signing a condolence book at Manchester Cathedral, writing the absolutely handsome message, "Manchester's strength and togetherness is an example to the world. We won't let hate win", Grande said in a statement.
