Hillary Clinton provides 'covfefe' reponse to Donald Trump tweet

In fact, Merriam-Webster managed to allude to Trump's nonsensical tweet without mentioning the word "covfefe" at all.

Never mind that his aides have asked him to stop.

Comedian Ricky Gervais tweeted: 'He definitely dropped the phone down the toilet and now he's got his arm stuck'.

President Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton engaged in a Twitter skirmish Wednesday night that saw the president revive his "Crooked Hillary" moniker. Since the weekend, he has gone after favorite targets, like the "fake news" media and Hillary Clinton, and some new ones, like Germany and comic Kathy Griffin.

Trump wants to respond more aggressively to allegations of Russian meddling in the 2016 election and questions about investigations of possible ties between Trump's campaign and Moscow.

IT took just one word to send Twitter into chaos - "covfefe". Hillary used the diss in a quote tweet of the president's earlier message, "Crooked Hillary Clinton now blames everybody but herself, refuses to say she was a bad candidate".

But now the worry has turned increasingly legal.

But it is not at all clear what the president was tweeting about. "Enjoy!" the president then wrote in the morning, seeing the amusing side of it.

Clinton's tweet piled on the wave of memes that flooded the Internet following Trump's errant posting as online commenters tried to make sense of the cryptic message.

President Donald Trump has not given up on his Twitter use since becoming the leader of the free world, but he should really be a little bit more cautious as to what he tweets. Kasowitz's office, which was still setting up operations, had no comment.

"After President Trump tweeted "Despite the constant negative press covefe", at 12:06 a.m. this morning, the country rushed to decipher the meaning of this unusual new "word", the release reads".

At 6:09 a.m., Trump's twitter feed came alive again with this playful challenge: "Who can figure out the true meaning of "covfefe"???".

Spicer's smug reply seems to suggest that the vast Internet populations are quite dumb as only "a small group of people know exactly what he meant".

Joining in on the joke, and failing to explain its meaning, Trump has tweeted away the problem, as he is wont to do, totally ruining the fun for everyone else. (Although we'll go out on a limb here and say Trump was aiming for "coverage" before his autocorrect betrayed him.) Trump himself even got in on the joke this morning - in between tweets about Russian Federation and the U.S. Senate - tweeting out once again: "Who can figure out the true meaning of "covfefe"???".
