The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge also released an image of Charlotte after her first birthday for all of their royal fans to see.

The artist formerly known as Kate Middleton photographed her daughter in April at their country compound in Norfolk.

Kensington Palace has not revealed plans on how Princess Charlotte's birthday will be celebrated, but that is not stopping us from sending her happy birthday wishes!

The Princess has been protected from the public in recent months, and the last image of the toddler was released on Christmas Day, when she attended a church service close to the home of her grandparents Carole and Michael Middleton.

Making another appearance on Christmas day at church, Charlotte matched her mom's burgundy outfit in a navy coat paired with maroon tights and a dress.

Her parents have spoken of her numerous times, with William confirming to BBC Radio 2 she enjoys watching Peppa Pig while Catherine has reportedly said the fourth in line to the throne was born to rule. Prince William and Kate Middleton have shared very few photos of their children to the public.
