Police also arrested another man, 21-year-old Rafael Santos, who allegedly was in the vehicle with Hart at the time of the shooting.

A four-year-old girl in the USA ran for her life after stray bullets missed either side of her head by centimetres during a drive-by shooting on a tattoo parlour earlier this week.

Seconds later, gunfire blasts through the store window, as the girl looks outside.

A 4-year-old girl is unhurt after a terrifying close call at a barbershop in Arizona. She was transported to Chandler Regional Hospital with very minor injuries, Sgt. Mejia said. Hart was asked to leave and come back later. He and the two other men - Rafael Santos, 21, and an unidentified Hispanic male - left and got in a vehicle, according to police.

The Monday morning shooting near Phoenix occurred after three men and a tattoo artist began arguing.

The rounds struck the barbershop instead, with two of the rounds going through the front window, police say.

Mr Hart and Mr Santos were later arrested. "We believe that the intent was to shoot towards the tattoo shop but ended up striking the business which is right next door which is the barber shop".

Rafael Nicholas Santos was also arrested - police say he was with Hart at the tattoo shop and drove him away from the scene.

He faces a number of charges, including discharging a firearm, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, endangerment, and possession of a weapon by a prohibited person.
