Manchester United have recently made a decision to warm in shirts with the names of their injured teammates named respectively Marcos Rojo and Zlatan Ibrahimovic on the back.

Wayne Rooney was pleased to score on his return to the Manchester United team during Sunday's 2-0 win at Burnley.

Many fans who were watching the United-Anderlecht clash at a viewing centre in Calabar were electrocuted when a high-tension wire fell on the roof of the building.

Back in action after losing Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Marcos Rojo to serious knee injuries in Thursday's extra-time Europa League triumph against Anderlecht, United knew anything but victory at Turf Moor would damage their top-four ambitions.

"It is a big blow but we are really sad for them, not for us as a team, because they are much more important than us", Mourinho told Sky Sports News.

Ibrahimovic, the 35-year-old striker who has scored 28 goals in all competitions in his debut competition in English football, suffered his injury when his knee buckled in an awkward fall.

"No player deserves to be injured but I think in this case it's even more sad because Zlatan, in this stage of his career it's really, really hard, and Marcos probably at this moment in his career is playing very well for us and also finally getting a position as central defender in the worldwide team, so we're really sad for them".

United says "both players require specialist opinions over the coming days".

"The great thing about our squad is we have quality players all around in every position and people can come in and go out", Shaw said on MUTV. Mourinho, meanwhile, said the 19-year-old Rashford "cannot play every game".

Asked whether Ibrahimovic would play again, the Portuguese replied: "I don't care about it in this moment, I just want the player to recover the best he can".

"We started off strong, they threw a lot of long balls forward and we dealt with them brilliantly".

Manchester United will travel to Turf Moor to take on Burnley in a Premier League encounter on Sunday. "I am not anxious about the impact not having them will have on the team in terms of results and ambitions".
