If you have ever read a Harry Potter book or seen one of the films, chances are you are desperate to try out a few of the wizarding world's favorite foods. Now you'll have the opportunity without having to go too far away from home.

Yuengling's Ice Cream has launched a Butterbeer flavour, joining the rest of their popular flavours.

The butterbeer ice cream, therefore, will be made from half buttercream ice cream and half butterscotch ice cream, "twisted with a butterscotch swirl." Mmm. It's unknown if Yuengling has the blessing of J.K. Rowling or Universal Studios to name the ice cream Butterbeer but it sound exciting. J.K. Rowling told Bon Appetit magazine that she imagines "it to taste a little bit like less-sickly butterscotch".

"We are always looking for ways to inspire our fans and spark creativity", David Yuengling, president of Yuengling's Ice Cream, said in a press release.

Butterbeer won't be available for purchase until September 2017.

Both are now available in pints, with quarts being made available in the coming months.

News of the new ice cream, which is made in Orwigsburg, Pennsylvania, a borough in Schuylkill County, has been picked up by major publications across the world and spread across Harry Potter fandom like Fiendfyre. If they don't, don't despair.

It's the ideal addition to your next Harry Potter marathon, because how can you go wrong with the addition of ice cream to anything? (Read: zero alcohol.) That's true at the theme park and in this newest ice cream flavor.
