Chris Brown is out on bail after after being arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. She eventually went to Brown's backyard to get some fresh air.

Law enforcement used a search warrant Tuesday (August 30) to bust Chris Breezy. Despite that, Brown allowed them to stay at his home. Curran also spoke with TMZ and said she's visited Brown's home in the past and never had a problem.

Police Lt. Chris Ramirez says Brown was arrested Tuesday and was being taken to downtown Los Angeles for booking.

"You got just positive people around and you look outside and it's like a war zone for no reason", he said.

During the standoff that occurred while police awaited a search warrant, Brown later posted rambling messages on social media proclaiming his innocence and rebuffing reports that he barricaded himself in his "palace". You can watch the video below.

The 27-year-old entertainer allegedly pulled a gun on a woman, but he denied those claims in some now-deleted videos. Curran said she began to admire a diamond cross necklace.

Ray J is tangentially involved in the incident as well.

Ray J later left the house and found police at the street, where they reportedly seized his BMW as evidence, forcing him to take an Uber home.

He was accused a year ago of fraud in the Philippines for failing to perform a concert, also leading the singer to voice anger on Instagram while he waited to leave the country.

The 'Loyal' singer was reported to have come out of his home after a stand-off with police on Tuesday.

Brown has been in repeated legal trouble since his felony conviction in the 2009 assault of his then-girlfriend, Rihanna.

Brown also was sued in June by his ex-manager, Mike G (real name: Michael Guirguis), who alleges the singer "brutally" attacked him in a "drug-fueled" rage in May, and his injuries sent him to the hospital. It came after Brown had completed court-ordered anger management classes.

More recently, Brown's former manager Mike G brought a lawsuit against Brown in June, claiming Brown assaulted him. Curran is now claiming that she was there for an video shoot audition and had partied at the mansion in the past with no problem.

Curran said that she was admiring a piece of diamond jewelry in Brown's kitchen when the singer and his friends demanded that she leave the house.

As far as pressing charges against the singer, Curran says she is "still debating", but added of Brown, "I just hope he gets whatever he deserves".

Apparently, as she was leaving on Tuesday around 3 am, Brown's friend wouldn't give her her phone back unless she signed a non-disclosure agreement.
