The most dominating USA Men's basketball team kick start their line of game against China in the Group A Rio Olympics 2016 at Carioca Arena in Olympic Park, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on 6th August at 6:00 p.m US EST.

In addition, if the USA emerges once again as the world champs, Anthony will leave Rio as the winningest men's Olympic basketball player ever with three gold medals.

Not about playing in his first Olympic basketball tournament.

"I'm telling you, this kid's got real heft, and she does things that nobody else has seen before". "So I know what it felt like to be at the bottom and I know what it feels like to be at the top of the game and the world".

"To be here for my fourth time, to say it's an honor, it's a blessing, is an understatement".

It was a gold medal sendoff for Team USA.

The U.S. shot 35.7 percent from 3-point range (10-of-28) and 51.4 percent from the field (38-of-74), while holding the Chinese to 35.7 percent from the field and 29.4 percent from beyond the arc. "It would be challenging even if they were here as well. And to have somebody who, this will be his fourth Olympics, that level of experience - and he's still a great player - and commitment, it's a godsend, really", USA coach Mike Krzyzewski said. Basketball is undoubtedly one of the most popular games during the Olympics and certainly this year will not be any different. "I think we're handling it a lot better now, so as the time goes on, the ball will get better for us".

Anthony is familiar with the feeling, having been a part of the 2004 USA team which settled for bronze.

Depending on the matchups, the starting lineup will likely change from game to game.

At the 2008 Beijing Olympics, the US women outscored opponents by an average of 35 points. And for athletes there to play the fine sport of basketball, it's a particularly tough time given that, y'know, most beds aren't built to house literal giants.

"We regard it as a learning process when we face United States of America", said Gong Luming following a Chinese team practice session on Thursday.

DeMarcus Cousins and Paul George were the other two Americans to score in double figures. Irving buried four three-pointers in the frame, which accounted for all his scoring in the game.

DeMarcus Cousins added 17 points and Paul George 15 for the US, which is a heavy favorite to win a third straight gold and won't change any opinions after this performance. DeMar DeRozan played the most minutes (19:42) off the bench. Durant led the way with 19 points and Klay Thompson finished right behind him with 17.

China is expected to rely on their bigs Yi Jianlian, Zhou Qi and Wang Zhelin, but watch out for their 22-year old playmaker Gou Ailun. Head-to-head matchups, total point differential and points scored will be the tie-breaker system used if two teams are tied at the end of group stage play.

It's time for the Dream Team to rule the court at the 2016 Olympics in Rio!
