Ramirez did not say what assistance the woman needed but said detectives hope to talk to Brown, the woman, and any witnesses. When reached by phone, a spokesperson for the department did confirm they're at Brown's residence, but wouldn't agree to the fact they're attempting to obtain a warrant. It is reported to have contained weapons and drugs.

Chris Brown appears at the Criminal Justice Center in Downtown Los Angeles, Feb. 3, 2014.

The robbery and homicide division is handling the incident, officials said. Taking to Instagram he denied all current reports surrounding the alleged dispute. I'm innocent, f**k everybody. I stay out of the way, take care of my daughter, do work. "I'm not", the visibly angry Brown said. "I'm not on that bro. I'm exhausted of fu**ing dealing with you all yall the worst gang in the world, the police, and I said it". "Every three months y'all come up with something, bro. What's going to be next?"

Warning: The videos Brown posted have graphic language.

"Barricaded myself in my house?" You're going to walk right up in here and you're going to see nothing you idiots. And It's always going to be f-ck the police. I'm not coming out, for what? "I'm exhausted of hearing this s**t". "I ain't gon' do s**t and that's all it's gon' be. Black lives matter", Brown said in one of the videos.

LAPD is now trying to get into contact with Brown and are attempting to obtain a search warrant, after a 911 call came in at 3:12 a.m. from a female needing help outside a residence in the 5000 block of Corbin Avenue, police told ET on Tuesday.

The R&B singer, who topped the U.S. singles chart with Run It! and Kiss Kiss, has had years of run-ins with the law.
