Oprah Winfrey's weight-loss journey has hit a distinct milestone.

Almost a year after she became the spokesperson and a shareholder in Weight Watchers, Winfrey is loving her slender frame.

When ET caught up with Winfrey last month at the Essence Festival in New Orleans, she said she was still sticking to the Weight Watchers eating plan. "I can straddle him without breaking his back".

In January, she said she lost 26 lbs in an ad for the weight loss company.

"I don't feel like I'm on a diet that I'm ever going to go off again", she told People.

"I'm counting the points every day and slowly it's happening", she shared.

She wasn't afraid to show off her new body on Monday, rocking a dark, form-fitting dress with elbow-length sleeves.

The 62-year-old media mogul is a spokeswoman for Weight Watchers, a diet program that assigns points to foods based on a person's daily calorie intake. During an annual health check-up in June, she revealed on Instagram that her cholesterol was 180 and her LDL cholesterol was 82.

"I'm partnering with somebody who is not only this incredible talent for our time, Ava DuVernay, [but] you're going to see her rise and rise and rise", she said at the event.

"I genuinely think it's been easier this time than the other 3,000 times I've gone on a diet because I don't even feel like it is a diet", she explained.

She spoke about her personal relationship with DuVernay, calling her a "great friend and sister".

"I basically eat exactly what I want and if I can't figure out what the points are..."
