Kanye West trying to make up with Taylor Swift

Kanye West had himself a night at the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards last night. She was just doing her civic duty.

She used one of her most favorite items for completing the evening attire-a lengthy trench coat that nearly touched the floor.

In spite of their constantly bubbling semi-beef, in spite of the fact that he's known that Taylor Swift might be a snake emoji in the grass for longer than anyone, in spite of the subliminals she threw his way at the Grammys, it looks like Kanye West is still trying to make peace with Taylor Swift.

"So my grandma in nashville had jury futy with @taylorswift13", one excited fan tweeted along with a snap of her nan and Tay Tay looking cute and cosy together. She is so nice.

Kanye West appears to have problem getting Taylor Swift out of his head these days.

Well, that explains it then.

Humble the Poet, a Toronto-based elementary school teacher and spoken word artist, who was wearing a homemade shirt that combines an image of Swift's 1989 album cover and the banned NSFW version of West's My Dark Twisted Fantasy album cover on the front.

As you're probably aware, Kanye West did his best to steal the spotlight at MTV's VMAs on Sunday when he delivered a speech right before dropping his new music video for Fade!

"And they tell me, 'Don't compare yourself to Steve Jobs.'" He then recalled a friend telling him that stripping away a person's role models helps to keep "people impoverished".
