NBA Finals Game 7 - Angles, Odds and Predictions

We are going to an NBA Finals Game 7. That much is certain. What’s uncertain is who’s going to win. How you arrive at your final decision depends on your perspective.

Kyrie Irving has 20 points, LeBron James has 14 points, six assists and three steals and Cleveland leads Golden State 59-43 at halftime of Game 6.

Golden State Warriors' medical staff said "Bogut must require six to eight weeks to get up from the left knee bone bruises suffered in a crash in Monday's NBA Finals game five against the Cavs".

In this version of the NBA Finals, LeBron is putting up equal numbers of 30.2ppg, 11.3 rebounds and 8.5 boards.

Stephen Curry is up to 13 points, but Draymond Green has been whisper quiet in his return from a suspension in Game 5.

"Yeah, I'm happy he threw his mouthpiece", coach Steve Kerr said of Curry. As Matt Moore of CBS noted, in the last two games LeBron has had 188 touches and just three turnovers. They're still a great team, that had some game threatening momentum runs killed by bad foul calls. "So we're excited to be flying home and get our fans behind us and we'll be ready to roll". I'm looking forward to Game 7. James, Kyrie Irving and the relentless Tristan Thompson have been that dominant over the past two games.

LeBron's "pretty good" has his team on the doorstep of an NBA Finals win - but now they have to do it on the road.

"I mean, it's no fun getting second place".

The next game arrives Sunday, Game 7, at Oracle Arena.

"I've thrown my mouthpiece before". When Curry became the first unanimous MVP, LeBron sent congratulations but also debated the definition of "valuable", a zinger that reverberates louder in a series where he's outplaying Curry. "I'm okay that we lost..." But there's no way they can get away with letting the two-time MVP get in to foul trouble. The Cavaliers want to force a Game 7. We're damn good at home.

Kerr: "I think we'll be fine". History says Cleveland loses this game for that reason and plenty of others — The Drive, The Fumble, The Decision among them.

NBA security was on alert during Game 6 of the NBA Finals to find David Aminzadeh, who previously has sneaked in to countless major sporting events, an NBA official told The Undefeated. "So it would be a great season, but at the same time to us, the players, we're so competitive, we'd feel like we failed". James is a notorious creature of habit and he wasn't going to alter his routine before Game 6 of the NBA Finals.
