Aliens are Living Among Us on Earth, Says British Astronaut, Helen Sharman

The first Briton to have been launched into space believes aliens exist and may even already be on earth - we simply can not see them.

She says they might resemble humans, made up of carbon and nitrogen. or maybe not.

In 1991 Dr Sharman became the first Briton in space after hearing a call for astronaut applicants on the radio while driving home from work.

Sharman also shared how enlightening it was for her to comprehend how it's people, not material goods, which truly matter, once she found herself in space.


Sharing her experience about being in space, the woman astronaut went on record and said that the entire experience had changed her life.

Helen Sharman, who visited the Soviet Mir location put in 1991, told the Observer newspaper on Sunday that "aliens exist, there is no two ways about it".

Sharman is not the only person to speculate that we ve had brushes with aliens, though.

"There are so many billions of stars in the universe that there must be all kinds of different life forms". It's possible they're here this moment and we basically can't see them. I was not thinking about the physical objects I had on Earth.


In rather just a few areas in her interview, Sharman acknowledged there is "no elevated beauty than searching at the Earth from up excessive". When we flew over specific regions of the globe, we always thought of our loved ones below us. She expressed that it would be appropriate to introduce her as the first Briton to set foot on space. She told The Guardian "I've never defined myself by my gender, and I continue not to do so".

Project Juno was part of a government-level agreement concluded between the USSR and Great Britain.

It lasted eight days, and they spent most of the time at the Mir space station.

Sharman then explained that aliens could very well be on Earth right now.


The woman, who is credited as the first woman astronaut to venture into space from Britain, now serves in the chemistry department at Imperial College London.
