It's not every day you run into a top-selling pop singer at your neighborhood Walmart, but that's what happened to shoppers in Palm Springs on Wednesday. When asked who she was, Sia reportedly told customers that her name was "CiCi" and that she'd just won the lottery. Buckles wrote on Twitter, where she shared the video. Most of the shoppers did not immediately recognize Sia, who is famous for performing on stage wearing giant wigs that obscure her face.

Shopper Adri Buckles tweeted a video of the award-winning artist, "So @Sia paid for my groceries today thank you so much!"

Back in October, Sia revealed on Twitter that she suffers from a neurological disease and ehlers danlos. Buckles wrote. "The heart and lovely soul you have for paying for everyone!" I'm sorry for telling everyone once I realized who you were!

One clip shows a woman handing the singer some flowers, while hugging her and saying thank you.

Fans praised the singer for her kind gesture, with one calling her "an angel", and another adding that the Chandelier singer is "the kindest person in all music industry".

While not many people know what she looks like, she used that as an advantage in helping them pay for their groceries at a Walmart store. "But this kindness must be acknowledged!" wrote the grateful fan.

Sia's random act of kindness was captured on camera and she can be seen interacting with shoppers, and handling payments for strangers.

Tweeted one skeptic, "When done without recognition it's lovely thing, with national news recognition it's called publicity....who even cares".
