Jennifer Aniston Embraces Being 50: 'What's the Alternative? ...You're Not Here Anymore!'

Aniston said she started to have faith in herself in her 20s as there were plenty in her family to discourage her about acting, saying she would not be able to earn a dime.

Aniston is on the cover of People magazine's "People of the Year" issue, and in the interview she said that her family didn't offer her any support when she told them she wanted to be an actress. And then "Friends" came. The actress recalled that "if there were any naysayers", they would say things like, "This will never... you'll never make a dime". "Don't threaten me that means", Aniston stated. In a recent interview, the Murder Mystery actress shared how her family told her that she would never make a dime as an actress.

Aniston is the daughter of longtime Days Of Our Lives star John Aniston and his first wife, the late model Nancy Dow. Rather than listening to her family's negativity, she began "getting honest with myself in terms of my relationship with my family". Aniston says her work has reflected that.


"And in addition I feel we're dwelling longer now", she added. "She did it because that was what she grew up with", said Aniston.

Aniston additional famous that she doesn't really feel her age catching as much as her and is wanting ahead to continued success sooner or later. The A-lister said "we're trying", and asked what else could make a group of six actors feel more proud. "It's bringing people joy on a daily basis", she said.

While Jennifer admitted that she now knows "nothing" about the production of a reboot, she did add to People: 'And I will just continue with... we're trying'. Seriencokreator Marta Kauffman- and the various Friends actors - have maintained a reunion movie that would not work because the show was about a specific point in the lives of these characters.


She marked the occasion with a star-studded party in L.A. that included George and Amal Clooney, Reese Witherspoon, Brad Pitt, Robert Downey Jr.

"Apple itself was building a streaming service so everyone was like, we're all in this together and this is exhilarating and terrifying".
