Illinois State volleyball will travel to Madison to take on the nation's Number 4 seed Wisconsin in the first round of the NCAA tournament Friday. We've played them once and it was in the spring so it wasn't a true game.

South Dakota's volleyball team is headed to the postseason for the second straight season. The Aggies are 26-24 all-time in NCAA tournament matches and will make their 25th tournament appearance, with the program's last victory coming in 2015 over Texas A&M-Corpus Christi.

Tickets for the first and second rounds can be found online at UKathletics.com/NCAATickets.

Earlier Sunday, junior Kylie Deberg, redshirt sophomore Andrea Fuentes and junior Tyanna Omazic were named to the 2019 all-SEC team, tied for the second-most nominations by a single team. All told, Kentucky has hosted the NCAA Tournament 13 times in program history including the opening rounds seven times under Skinner.

MI is 20-10 overall and was 13-7 in the Big Ten Conference, with its last win coming against in, 3-1.

The Hilltoppers' first-round opponent in Diddle Arena on Thursday is Kennesaw State.

The Thursday winners will meet in Friday's second round at 2 p.m. inside the Sanford Coyote Sports Center.

The Cyclones finished the regular season 17-11, 8-8 in Big 12 play.

The Oklahoma Sooners, who the Aggies defeated on September 17 of this season, earn their 12th tournament selection in program history with an at-large bid.

Creighton earned an at-large bid. Samford earned the automatic bid out of the Southern Conference after winning the league's tournament.

Volleyball season ticket holders will receive special access to purchase all-session tickets in advance of the general public on-sale date by logging in to My UK Account and selecting "Packages & Requests".
