But although Kourtney is stepping back from the show, for now, sisters Kim and Khloe believe it won't be for long.

Khloe and Kim Kardashian who were also a part of this interview expressed that Kourtney will make a comeback to the show soon.

"I've only made a decision to focus my time as a mom more and put more of my energy there, but I'm not saying goodbye", Kourtney told the Entertainment Tonight program. I feel like it's a revolving door, so Kourtney might leave this week, [but] she'll be back.

"I love doing collabs with my sisters".

Kourtney, 40, shares three young children with ex-boyfriend Scott Disick: Mason, nine, Penelope, 7, and Reign, 4.

"Ever given that what's took place with Tristan and I, nobody knows I combat an interior battle with myself in regards to what is the most effective detail to do for my connection and for me", Khloe earlier stated.

Khloe's response to Kourtney's announcement surprised some fans who felt it wasn't as compassionate or caring as they would have expected.

"It would be easier for me to keep my daughter away", she said."But he never hurt True".

She explains the reason she did this was that her husband Kanye disapproved of them.

"I need Kourtney to not be so f-king annoying with a stick up her ass like she runs this s-t because she doesn't", Kim said at the time. But I definitely have my moments where [I want to]. Working mom's can be dedicated, of course. "So I'll be making memories with my kids and fantastic people while living my life to the absolute fullest".

Khloe hoped Kourtney would return to the family's reality show at some point.

The family's brother, Rob Kardashian, left Keeping Up With Kardashians a few years ago amid struggles with his health and depression. "The whole weight thing really affected me".

KUWTK has been on the air since October 2007 and has become one of the longest-running reality programs on television.
