President Trump’s surprise physical exam at Walter Reed Medical raises questions

"There was no sophisticated testing done".

The president's medical appointment wasn't listed on his Saturday public schedule, and his last physical was just nine months ago.

On Saturday, Trump made an unexpected and unannounced visit to Walter Reed Medical Center.

Reiner remains Cheney's heart doctor and has been credited with saving the former vice president's life. That did not happen this time, indicating the visit was a non-routine visit and scheduled last minute. Trump's campaign manager and senior White House officials also reviewed a poll showing a government clampdown on vaping could cost the president in battleground states, the Times said. Reiner said that some of the primary reasons one might choose to go to a medical facility have more to do with the availability of advanced and complicated testing.

Grisham said everything the White House has said about the Walter Reed visit is "true and accurate". That would include things like cat scans, a test like a stress test.

Vox journalist Aaron Rupar tweeted that "Trump's trip to the hospital was "routine" in the same way his call with the Ukrainian president was "perfect.'" Meanwhile, progressive website DailyKos published a post early Sunday morning titled "Trump and his 'chest discomfort" go to Walter Reed" with screenshots of unsubstantiated internet rumors about the president's health.

"Anticipating a very busy 2020, the president is taking advantage of a free weekend here in Washington, D.C., to begin portions of his routine annual physical exam at Walter Reed", Grisham said during Trump's visit.

"I'm skeptical. I think skeptical is the right word", Reiner stated.

The President's motorcade drove to the medical center unannounced, with reporters under direction not to report his movement until they arrived Saturday at Walter Reed. "It's worrisome. It's worrisome". The reason: Trump came to see that kids don't vote, but vapers do.

Trump traveled to Water Reed on Saturday afternoon and spent two hours at the hospital, even though there were no public events on his calendar. "So, it's concerning to me". Grisham said after the visit that the president had gotten "a quick exam and labs". He hopes that more information about the visit will emerge in the next few days.
