The Sussexes have reunited with the Cambridges for the first time since a documentary revealed emotional struggles within the family.

This year's event marks 75 years since notable battles of 1944, including Monte Cassino, Kohima and Imphal, D-Day and the collaboration of Commonwealth and Allied forces.

The statement added: "Their Royal Highnesses, who past year attended their first Festival of Remembrance together, were honoured to once again pay tribute to all casualties of war and remember those that have made the ultimate sacrifice for their country".

The royal couples are also expected to attend the annual Remembrance Day Service at The Cenotaph on Remembrance Sunday.

Both Meghan and Kate looked lovely with the Duchess of Sussex in a patterned black dress and her hair slicked back paired with Aquazzura pumps.

The Duchess of Cambridge, 37, opted for a £17.99 headband from Zara, which she teamed with a £1,450 McQueen bag and £450 Jimmy Choo shoes as she joined Prince William for the ceremony on Saturday night.

Kate's dress featured a slim black waistband and she teamed it with a pair of sheer black tights.

Each royal accessorized with a red poppy pin - an artificial flower that has been used to honor fallen veterans since 1921.

Despite the somber circumstances, today's Festival of Remembrance Service served as a family reunion between the royal Fab Four.

The royals and baby Archie in South Africa earlier this year.

Exactly six months after their first baby, Prince Harry may have just hinted that the couple are preparing for their second child.

However Harry was keen to emphasis he and William remain very fond of each other.

"We are certainly on different paths at the moment but I will always be there for him as I know he will always be there for me".
