In addition to the new features, Microsoft announced a range of new titles heading to Xbox Game Pass for PC, including Kingdom Come: Deliverance, Blair Witch, Age of Empires Definitive Edition, and later, Stellaris too. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate bundles Xbox Live Gold with Xbox Game Pass for both the Xbox One and PC, and if you redeem your free-month code for the PC version of Game Pass, it converts it into 20 days of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

All titles are due to be on Xbox Game Pass by the start of August. Finally, the popular roguelike Dead Cells will join Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on September 5th, rounding out one of the strongest months for the subscription service yet. Blair Witch comes to Xbox One and PC on August 30.

Age of Empires, the pivotal real-time strategy game that launched a 20-year legacy returns with modernized gameplay, all-new 4K visuals, 8-person multiplayer battles and a host of other new features. Solve puzzles to gain treasure and advantages, and discover a beautifully crafted world.

On August 22nd, two other titles are up for grabs for subscribers, which are available on both the console and PC. Some of these features are available today, and others will release in the coming weeks. New account linking options will let you add friends via Facebook or Steam in addition to their Xbox Gamertag. You'll also be able to link your accounts for YouTube, Twitch, Twitter, Discord, and Reddit on your player card so your friends can follow your gaming adventures no matter where you are.

What do you think of this news? With this update that they're now testing in Beta, you can also browse and discover games in the Xbox Game Pass for the PC library and download them anytime and anywhere to your PC. I'm not especially keen on the Windows store or the Xbox app that I have to use to access the service, but it's a lovely way to play a bunch of games for not very much money.

I'm pretty chuffed with Game Pass on Pc.
