Word is the Olympic judo medalist, former UFC champion and current WWE star didn't break character, finishing the shot before going to a local hospital, where she learned she broke two fingers on her left hand.

It all happened mid-scene, but Rousey showed her professionalism by not breaking character until the director called 'cut'.

TMZ is reporting that Rousey was a little "over-exuberant" when she slammed a door on her finger while filming last week in Mexico.

Showcasing her toughness, Ronda reportedly didn't break character and was back on set the very next day despite almost severing the tendon in her middle finger and fracturing the tip of her ring finger.

Ronda, who was playing the role of Lena Bosko, accidentally slammed her finger in a door while shooting an intense scene.

She detailed the incident on her official Instagram page. She was later diagnosed with a broken finger.

Rousey put her finger in a split and continued working.

It is reported that Rousey "didn't wince, didn't complain, didn't mess up the scene". "You're not gonna like this!" Incredibly, Rousey returned to the set and went back to work the very next day.

Afterwards, Rousey was taken to a San Diego, California hospital for treatment and was released after getting her middle finger repaired with a bolt and screws.

The 32-year-old athlete joins a cast that includes Angela Bassett, Peter Krause, Oliver Stark, Aisha Hinds, Kenneth Choi, Rockmond Dunbar and Jennifer Love Hewitt.
