Previously, a legal spokesman for the Prince said: "This relates to proceedings in the United States, to which The Duke of York is not a party".

The footage of the Duke of York - then the UK's Special Representative for International Trade - was taken less than an hour after Epstein, who had been convicted of sex with a child in 2008, left the house in the company of a young, shivering blonde woman.

She alleged she had sex with Andrew "three times, including one orgy" in London, at Epstein's NY home, and at an "orgy" on his private island in the Caribbean.

The Duke of York had been under pressure to make a statement due to his widely known friendship with Epstein.

A judge, however, dismissed the accusations against Prince Andrew because they were "immaterial and impertinent" to Epstein's sex trafficking case.

Defense attorneys for Epstein said in a statement they plan to conduct their "own independent and complete investigation into the circumstances and cause of Epstein's death".

The Duke of York over the weekend reacted for the first time to the Epstein sex scandal.

We can embed the video that was shot, where you see one of the young girls exiting with Epstein.

But Buckingham Palace claims the prince was unaware of any wrongdoing going on at the mansion, saying he "has been appalled by the recent reports of Jeffrey Epstein's alleged crimes".

"His Royal Highness deplores the exploitation of any human being and the suggestion he would condone, participate in or encourage any such behaviour is abhorrent".

He was accused of paying girls under the age of 18 to perform sex acts at his Manhattan and Florida mansions between 2002 and 2005.

Photographs show Prince Andrew, the Queen's third child who became popular for fighting on the frontlines of the Falklands War in the 1980s, with his arm around Giuffre's waist at a property in London around the time of the alleged impropriety, with Epstein's alleged accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell visible in the background.

The video published by the Mail on Sunday claims to show the prince waving goodbye to a woman as she departs Epstein's NY mansion in 2010.

The same court filing also contains allegations by a woman called Johanna Sjoberg, who claims that Prince Andrew touched her breast when the two were sat on a couch in the Epstein Manhattan apartment back in 2001.

'It is emphatically denied that The Duke of York had any form of sexual contact or relationship with Virginia Roberts.
