The police added, "The evidence collected indicates that the allegations of animal cruelty were fabricated".

The shocking revelation came after Radar Online obtained the media release from the Columbus County Sheriff's Office, and the reality TV seemed to change her story. No charges against David have been filed.

She says she told police, "This isn't a publicity stunt and I'm not sure where my dog is or what happened to my dog but you would have to call David and ask".

She nodded toward her daughter and said, 'I'm teaching my daughter better and we're living our lives better'. I need to know if this is a publicity stunt.

She dished that 'After knowing my dog wasn't around, I took the initiative and stayed away from David for about a week.

The sheriff's office said the investigation would be closed, with no charges filed against Eason.

Lately, Jenelle Evans has been mourning about the loss of her beloved dog, Nugget. She also advised that "I don't know if she was shot or killed or not".

She has referred to Nugget as being "gone forever" but if she isn't certain of the dogs whereabouts, how does she know the pooch won't return? They didn't find anything against me in any sort of way.

Evans admitted she did not witness the shooting but indicated she heard a gunshot.

She also confirmed police's claims that no physical evidence was found on their property that would incriminate Eason, saying, "That's true".

If Nugget wasn't dead, and Evans didn't know where the dog was, then why would she he was "gone forever?" She claims that she told police that she never saw anything because she was inside the house with her kids at the time but did hear what could have been a gunshot. A day later, Jenelle was questioned about the alleged incident she had reported.

In a now-deleted Instagram post, he said, "I dont give a damn what animal bites my baby on the face ... whether it be your dog or mine, a dog is a dog and I dont put up with that s-t at all".

He continued, "I'm all about protecting my family, it is my lifes mission. I stayed inside with Ensley, Kaiser and Marissa, and that's it". "The only person that can judge weather or not a animal is a danger to MY CHILD is ME".

During a Q+A session with her followers, Jenelle addressed the elephant in the room - David killing her pet dog, Nugget. As we've been reporting, Jenelle thinks the whole thing is a big police conspiracy against her, which would be a hell of a way for a county sheriff's office to spend their time, but... we digress.
