Today is National Ice Cream today, and what a flawless day to celebrate it since we are now in late-July, which is known to be a time when the weather is getting warmer.

"We're thrilled to partner with Bumble for National Ice Cream Day", Doug Bouton, Halo Top Creamery's President and COO, said in a press release.

According to the International Dairy Foods Association, in President Reagan's proclamation of National Ice Cream Day he called on the people of the United States to observe with "appropriate ceremonies and activities".

Obviously you are probably thinking about getting ice cream and making sure that you get it today.

Get two prepackaged quarts of any ice cream for $7.99.

Dewar's - $1 scoops of ice cream from 1 p.m.to 6 p.m.

Cruz Farm is offering a small free ice cream to the first 100 customers wearing red gingham.

Head to a Godiva boutique on Sunday and you'll get 50% off a soft parfait cone when you buy one at regular price ($5.95 and up). Must download the DQ app to get the digital coupon.

Johnny Rockets restaurants are giving out free shakes with the purchase of an entrée on Sunday for National Ice Cream Day 2019. Once you're there you'll wonder why it's so goddamn hot in an ice cream store. (It will be pretty obvious when images of ice cream bars fill up your screen.) Then, you can add your address to receive one coupon to redeem in-store for a whole box of Halo Top Pops. Ice cream pints are normally $4.99, so they'll be $3.99 with the deal.

Through July 30, Amazon Prime members get 35% off all ice cream and novelties.
