They stepped away from Fallout 76 for a moment to announce The Elder Scrolls: Blades for Switch, but it did return, the strides that Bethesda are making with the game are impressive. Despite the studio (and Todd Howard) revealing its hand when it comes to a number of other titles in the year (s) ahead, the successor to Skyrim isn't present as this year's show. They are also working on a PvP arena, and bringing the game to Nintendo Switch.

Fallout 76 will get a new free update called "Wastelanders" that will add computer-controlled human NPC characters that will give players new main quests and have "full dialogue trees". And hey, in the meantime there's a Fallout 76 battle royale mode called Nuclear Winter coming very soon.

Let us know what you think of the show!

Elder Scrolls Blades is coming to Switch this fall. On stage, they nicknamed it Switchblades. Along with some exclusive E3 items up for grabs if you log in, there's a new custom jewellery system, and a new dragon questline. Legends might not have those numbers yet, but it does have an incoming expansion. And it got Dragons!

The only real mention of Elder Scrolls, and even Starfield, at their press conference was that the team is still "hard at work" developing the two titles - according to PCGamesN.

GhostWire: Tokyo is the new game from Tango Gameworks. It is spooky, but not horror. It's a paranormal action-adventure game set in Tokyo, where people are disappearing for unknown reasons. Unfortunately, we only saw a CG trailer of Deathloop, but what we saw looks interesting.

The sprawling vistas and the go-anywhere, do-anything ethos of the latter-day Elder Scrolls games make it a seemingly-questionable candidate for a mobile game.

The company has plans to present an in-depth look at the upcoming "Doom Eternal" on Sunday, following the game's announcement for Google's upcoming streaming service Stadia earlier this week. There's also going to be a DoomCon at Dallas (25-28 July) and London (26-27) next month, but it will also be livestreamed for those that can not attend it.

Rage 2 is getting a new expansion, "Rise of the Ghosts." .
