Amazon Prime Day 2019 Date And Deals Announced

Much like how Black Friday sales haven't been limited to a single day for the past few years.

Although Amazon isn't ready to reveal many specific names of products you'll be able to buy at deeply discounted prices on July 15 and 16, we expect this million+ Prime Day deal extravaganza to cover each and every section of the e-commerce platform, from clothing to books, movies, games, food, toys, and yes, smartphones, tablets, wearable devices, and mobile accessories. This year's dates were especially hard to predict, as Prime Day 2018 was likely pushed until later in July to work around the Women's World Cup.Last year was also the first time Prime Day started on a Monday. It's safe to assume Prime Day is Amazon's biggest sale event of the year. Amazon's annual sale event ran for 36 hours last year but this year it'll be open for 48 hours. Don't worry, though. We've set up a Prime Day Hub, which will be updating constantly during the event.

Of course, you need Amazon Prime in order to take advantage of Prime Day. These will include LG's new W30 smartphone, a new "Cocktail orange" colour variant of the Samsung Galaxy M40, new audio gear from JBL, 4K TVs, and more. From July 1 to July 14, Amazon Prime Video will offer a new major release.

Prime Day sale is also a great time to grab Amazon's own products.

Amazon's Voice Remote with Alexa, as its name suggests, lets you voice control the TV as well as accessing all Alexa's range of news, weather, music, fascinating facts and Skills. The sale will include discounts on Amazon Kindle, Fire TV Stick, and Amazon's Echo range of smart speakers.

Apart from the exclusive launches, Amazon will be offering discounts, no-cost EMI, and exchange offers on several other products. It will also be the "biggest Prime Day deals ever on Alexa-enabled devices" so we can expect bigger savings on the likes of Echo speakers, Fire tablets and the Fire Stick 4K streamer than we saw past year. Amazon will also offer unlimited reward points with its Amazon Pay ICICI Bank credit card.
