Farewell, Game of Thrones coffee cup

In response to inquiries from those who saw a craft services coffee cup in Sunday night's episode of Game of Thrones, HBO states, "The latte that appeared in the episode was a mistake".

Game of Thrones season 8 which is the final season of the iconic series was trending recently when eagle-eyed fans pointed out how there was a Starbucks' coffee cup during one of the scenes from the episode 4.

The makers have edited out the modern coffee cup from HBO Now and HBO GO edition of the episode.

"Game of Thrones", which premiered in 2011, is now in its eighth and final season.

"Since the direwolves are kind of CG creations, we felt it best to keep it as simple as possible", Nutter said to the Huffington Post.

Standing above what's left of the unsullied army and Dothraki forces Daenerys commands is Davos Seaworth (Liam Cunningham), Jon Snow (Kit Harington) and Tyrion Lannister (Peter Dinklage).

"I think that it played out much more powerfully that way", the director asserted.

"Keeping Ghost off to the side, I thought that played out better", he continued, pointing out that it allowed Snow to have a moment with Tormund and Gilly. Do you agree with David Nutter's vision about Jon Snow leaving Snow without petting him? And we've also included a screenshot taken with HBO Go from the scene in question around the 17:40 mark as of today at the top of the post. But still, how could you leave him behind when he looked at Jon like this - it's as painful as seeing your pet's cute little face you leave for work in the morning.

Confused, another said: "Jon Snow says goodbye to everyone in Winterfell..."

According to a report in Hindustan Times, the leak contains an outline of episode four and was first shared a week before it was aired.

But Jon Snow didn't even give him a goodbye pet.

A "bittersweet" ending is what we've been told to expect from George R.R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire book series, so it shouldn't be out of the question for the show.
