On Wednesday night, Offset was recording at the Crossover Entertainment Group studio in Atlanta when, according to surveillance footage obtained by TMZ, an unknown shooter sprayed the building in bullets while hanging out the passenger side of the vehicle. With that said, at the moment it's unknown if Offset has even been questioned about the shooting, while surveillance footage has just been released that shows the unidentified shooter hanging out of the passenger window.

The footage shows a vehicle driving past with someone leaning out through the window of the passenger seat and shooting in the direction of a building.

Offset was a possible target in a drive-by shooting incident at a studio in Atlanta.

The surveillance footage shows the vehicle moving at a steady speed down the street. People inside the studio ran to another room.

The shooting reportedly happened after Offset (left) stepped outside the recording studio for fresh air.

A motive was not confirmed in the police's statement. Officers told us that when police arrived at the scene, the "Father of 4" rapper was nowhere to be found and while police have yet to speak with him, they plan to during the course of their investigation. Upon arrival, the officers spoke with the reporting party who stated that while he and others were at the location, occupants of an SUV started to shoot up the building'. The building's exterior and at least one apartment window were also damaged. One person was allegedly shot in the leg, but police were unable to locate the victim.

The shooting is now under investigation.
