The Teen Titans characters are above the PG-13 rules, as we can see that with Dick Grayson cutting and stabbing villains and saying some very bad things about Batman.

As the last reference to the Dark Knight in Titans was, in fact, an evil entity created by Trigon, seeing the dynamic between a significantly less evil Bruce and his first and former sidekick should prove for some highly entertaining viewing.

Scottish actor Iain Glen has been cast as Bruce Wayne for the season two return of DC's Titans series.

Scottish actor Iain Glen arrives for the "Game of Thrones" eighth and final season premiere at Radio City Music Hall on April 3, 2019 in NY city.

What are your thoughts on Iain Glen playing Batman on Titans?

Game Of Thrones fans already know that Ser Jorah Mormont is not to be trifled with, and given Glen's notable gravitas, he'll likely make an incredible Batman. There is no release date on the 2nd season as of yet. Game of Thrones star Iain Glen will don the cape for the show.

The producers' official character description teases: "After decades of fighting crime as Batman, billionaire Bruce Wayne is just as driven to protect Gotham from evil as he was in his prime".

Titans follows the superhero squad led by Batman's former sidekick, Dick Grayson (Brenton Thwaites), otherwise known as Robin. The news arrives just a week after Curran Walters, who portrayed fellow Bat-family member Jason Todd in season 1, was promoted to a series regular role for season 2. The squad includes the alien princess Starfire (Anna Diop), the mysterious empath (Teagan Croft), as the green-skinned shapeshifter Beast Boy (Ryan Potter).
