Disney and LucasFilms are looking to take center stage this weekend in Chicago.

2019 is a year in which two modern titans of cinema, Star Wars and the Marvel Cinematic Universe, will finish out their current chapters.

If you're not aware, the Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order game takes place shortly after Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith, when Emperor Palpatine has turned the Republic into his Galactic Empire.

Based on these comments, it sounds as if Abrams isn't interested in appealing to the small fraction of the Star Wars fan base that wants to see The Last Jedi completely undone.

Head over to Fast Company to read even more from Abrams about Star Wars, as well as Bad Robot, Apple, and more. We've been clamoring for information on it since the title's announcement in 2016. LucasFilms and Disney could be waiting until the last minute to announce to avoid any potential spoilers.

Episode IX releases in theatres this December.

The streaming service is to have all of their properties, including their movies, on it. Disney's streaming service, Disney Plus, might have a new series centered around Boba Fett. This panel begins on Sunday, April 14 11 am to 12 pm. Given the fun and fluid movement of previous Respawn games like Titanfall and Apex Legends, we expect them to do justice by a character who wields The Force and a sick laser sword. Here's what he had to say to FastCompany, which cut right to the chase and then let him just talk about the process of jumping in. We're also hoping for some classic Star Wars Jedi Knight vibes in the gameplay.

What looks like a broken Lightsaber is accompanied by the caption of "Don't stand out".

The new Star Wars will be unveiled on April 13th during the Star Wars Celebration, and it looks like some advances have just arrived from a forum user known as Nightlife. What do you think of the rumors that have emerged so far?
