This combination photo of images released by HBO shows Sophie Turner portraying Sansa Stark in 'Game of Thrones'. During an appearance on Dr. Phil's podcast, Phil in the Blanks, she was frank about her experience with depression in addition to discussing body positivity and the pressures of social media.

Looking back at when she was younger and the hardest parts of dealing with the condition she said: "It's weird I say I wasn't depressed when I was younger but I used to think about suicide a lot".

"For the planning aspect and everything like that, you need me", he said. "Maybe it's just a weird fascination I used to have, but yeah, I used to think about it. But I think when I started actually dating Nick he surprised me so much", Chopra shared. "Really puberty at 17 and my metabolism was like slowing down massively and I was gaining weight and there was the social media scrutiny and everything and that's kind of when it (depression) hit me".

The Jonas family can't contain their experiment as they cheer for Joe Jonas' fiancée Sophie Turner and Game Of Thrones Season 8.

"I want to do a lot of things, and not just in the film world, at the moment I have a real urge to go to a police academy and become a cop", she explains. "I wouldn't say that was the main reason, I think it's some sort of chemical imbalance", Turner said. I just would cry and cry and cry over having to get changed and having to put on clothes and be like, I can't do this. While many people have been getting couple goals from this handsome couple, it is Nick's little brother Joe Jonas and would be bride, present girlfriend Sophie Turner who seem to have learned a strong lesson from bhabhi Priyanka's wedding. "Learning to love yourself is the biggest challenge". Now that GoT filming has officially been completed, Joe Jonas' girlfriend Sophie plans to focus on her mental health.

'I love myself now, or more than I used to, ' she noted. I can't go outside. "I'm fascinated with crime, and why people do things, and the interrogation process, and how you can manipulate your words in order to get someone to confess".
