The Today show co-anchor is a mommy again after adopting her second daughter, named Hope Catherine Kotb, she announced on Tuesday's episode, via phone, PEOPLE reports.

"You hope, you pray and you dream about things, and we thought about Hope", she explained of her daughter's name, adding she chose Catherine after her best friend's daughter.

On Monday she cryptically posted a message to Instagram saying, "Choose Hope".

(You tricky lady, you.) The Today show followed up with a pic of Kotb with both of her daughters. "It's a girl", Kotb said cheerfully over the phone about her daughter, whom she secretly adopted, Hope Catherine Kotb.

"Joel and I were standing there when they hand you the baby - and it's the closest thing to a live birth I think you'll ever see - [and] in that moment I was like, 'My God.' My heart just grew 10 times, it's wonderful", she said about her experience with her boyfriend Joel Schiffman. She's trying to help by offering to feed the newborn raspberries for breakfast to which Kotb told her "not yet, babe".

Hoda Kotb is now the proud parent of two. "She is laying on the Boppy pillow right now, I'm feeding her and I can't believe it".

Kotb shared photos and details about her baby girl in an interview with Savannah Guthrie and her other co-hosts.

Kotb previously said on World Adoption Day in 2018: "I feel like, if you're meant to have a child in your life, your child is out there". "I'm so happy she's here!" "Joel and I were standing there when they hand you the baby", she recalled. "I can't believe it's happening, y'all". "Do you have something to tell us?"
