Joe and Anthony Russo's Avengers: Endgame, a surefire box office hit when it arrives on April 26th, will be the culmination of the brothers' work in the MCU so far, but it'll also open up other possibilities for their creative expression.

According to Variety, that is exactly what the Russo brothers have started doing.

Talking about his visit, Joe said, "I am absolutely thrilled with the passionate response Avengers: Infinity War received in India, and can not wait for you to see Avengers: Endgame". He will be in Mumbai in the month of April. Not only that, but it appears they have tapped Spider-Man: Homecoming and Avengers: Infinity War star Tom Holland for their first post-Marvel gig, a film called Cherry.

AGBO acquired the rights to Nico Walker's best-seller "Cherry" in August.

Cherry's plot revolves around Walker's own life, where he dropped out of college, served as an Army medic in Iraq, returned home after receiving several medals and commendations, suffered from severe PTSD and became addicted to opioids.

Production is expected to begin this summer (19).

Walker was caught and convicted in 2011 and is now in jail. While Indian fans are coming up with and discussing all sorts of theories about what to expect in the upcoming film, one piece of news that is sure to excite them is about co-director Joe Russo all set to visit India in the coming weeks. Our beloved heroes will truly understand how fragile this reality is and the sacrifices that must be made to uphold it. The filmmaker will be visiting the country a few days ahead of the release of Avengers: Endgame on April 26.
