Ingram's former team, the New Orleans Saints, signed former Minnesota Vikings running back Latavius Murray.

The Ravens are in an offseason of change, and after losing a host of core players, Baltimore restocked Wednesday, reportedly striking deals with free agent safety Earl Thomas and free agent running back Mark Ingram.

Murray was drafted by the Raiders in 2013 and played with Oakland for three years.

Ingram, also 29, is a two-time All-Pro who put together back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons in New Orleans in 2016 and 2017.

He was suspended for four games to start last season, but still finished with a solid 645 rushing yards and six touchdowns while splitting snaps with star Alvin Kamara.

Murray, 29, proved to be an effective security blanket behind Dalvin Cook in Minnesota.

The Baltimore Ravens are thought to be the favorite to land the former first-round drafted running back from Alabama.

Thomas, 29, is a perennial All-Pro safety and has been for most of his National Football League career, all of which has been spent with the Seattle Seahawks.

"I'm not looking just to up and leave New Orleans", Ingram said in January, via ESPN.com. I feel like we can do this type of thing for many more years. "We expect him to be really good". I met my wife here, my children were born here.

"Thank you to the Vikings organization for giving me an opportunity to do what I love to do", Murray wrote on Instagram.
