Though there is still no word on a launch date, alleged specifications of the upcoming device have surfaced online.

The image above gives a clear idea on how the actual Samsung Galaxy M30 smartphone might look like. Samsung never launched such competitive smartphones in the budget and mid-range segments before, but that has changed now. Do note that, unlike the Galaxy M20, the Galaxy M30 will not be available with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage.

Samsung surprised everyone by pricing the Galaxy M10 and M20 aggressively in the Indian market. The smartphone is claimed to have an octa-core Exynos 7904 SoC and sport a full-HD+ display.

The marketing image also shows off a highlight feature of the Galaxy S10 - PowerShare. In the camera department, it could boast a triple-camera setup at the back comprising of a 13-megapixel f/1.9 primary sensor, a 5-megapixel f/2.2 secondary wide-sensor, and a third 5-megapixel f/2.2 depth sensor. The 16 MP selfie camera is most likely to reside inside the water-drop of the infinity-V notch. The phone will reportedly feature a 5.8-inch flat display with no curved on the sides, unlike Galaxy S10 and S10+, speculated to have a dual curved edge screen.

Lastly, the phone will boot the Android 8.1 Oreo-based user interface and it will be backed by a 5000mAh battery. Samsung might cut the costs of the Galaxy M30 by going with a plastic body.
