The incident occurred outside a tire store in the 2300 block of Northwest 36th Street.

The woman is first seen in the video arriving on foot, followed by a white auto.

What they do know is what's on the video and what witnesses described: A black female in her late 20s or early 30s in a long-sleeved shirt and dark trousers entered La Ceiba Tire Shop at 2345 NW 36th St. Shortly after she walks in, the woman can be seen being dragged out by a male. As she passed two men talking near a dark auto, she pointed toward a white Nissan Altima that immediately after, runs up close behind the dark vehicle and stops suddenly enough for the vehicle to bounce a bit.

Anyone with any information can call 911. So he put her on the driver's seat.

The witness said he saw the man beat her.

The witness went on to describe the "fighting and screaming" as disturbing, and believed the man was armed with a gun. "We need to bring this young lady back home to safety".
