Kelly with underage girl given to prosecutors

The explicit video reportedly shows a man "who appears to be R. Kelly" and a girl having sex as they make mention of her "14-year-old" genitalia six different times, according to CNN. The tape was submitted last weekend to the Cook County State's Attorney's Office in Chicago by a man who is referred to as a "whistleblower against Kelly". He identified the two of them on the videotape.

Avenatti says the video isn't the same evidence used in Kelly's 2008 trial, when he was acquitted on child pornography charges.

The statement says that the time frame of the alleged crime falls within the IL statute of limitations.

Steve Greenberg, Kelly's attorney, told CNN he had not heard of the development.

Kelly's attorney told the network, "We are unaware of any new information involving Mr. Kelly". We have not been contacted by anyone. "We have not been informed about any new information by anyone and we have not been contacted by law enforcement", he said.

Tandra Simonton, spokeswoman for Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx, wouldn't confirm or deny the office is investigating. "The tape, which is clear, is approximately 45 minutes in length and has never previously been publicly disclosed or, until recently, provided to law enforcement". One is apparently in a living room and another in a bedroom.

It is impossible to know her age just from the video. After she does, he urinates on her. I understand that CNN says that they have seen this video. He told The Associated Press the person who provided the tape knew both Kelly and the female in the video. In the new video, CNN reports that a small mole can be seen on the man's back to the left of his spine.

Kelly has been associated with claims of sexual misconduct with minors and other crimes for more than two decades.

His alleged behavior came to the media forefront again in July 2017, when BuzzFeed published a bombshell report accusing the star of running a "sex cult" out of his Chicago and Atlanta-area homes. He asked her to pee.

In January 2019, the release of a docuseries called "Surviving R. Kelly" on Lifetime television helped boost the public campaign against him.

The controversial lawyer for former porn star Stormy Daniels, who has been facing his own series of legal entanglements including accusations of domestic violence and several court cases, announced that he was retained by several R. Kelly accusers 10 months ago and has been working on the matters pro bono.

Foxx said she was "sickened" by the accounts described in "Surviving R. Kelly", a documentary that aired on Lifetime, but said she has not - and can not - open a criminal probe in the absence of cooperating witnesses.
