A private plane carrying Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox that was supposed to land in Cabo San Lucas had to make an emergency landing at Ontario International Airport, according to TMZ.

A private jet carrying Jennifer Aniston and companions-including former Friends co-star Courteney Cox-was forced to circle to burn fuel before making an emergency landing due to a technical glitch.

Flying from LAX, Aniston's flight made it into Mexican airspace, but the crew chose to land in Ontario, Calif., for safety reasons, the site reports.

Brad Pitt shows up for Jennifer Aniston's 50th birthday party.

In a statement to Fox News on Friday, a FAA spokesman said: "A Gulfstream G4, tail number N729TY, lost a wheel or tire while departing from LAX".

Finally they were given clearance to land in Ontario, CA - where the women got off the jet and right onto a new one! The plane landed at ONT without incident, with the gear down, shortly after 2 p.m.

There were reportedly 12 total passengers on the terrifying flight, including the Friends friends, Molly Kimmel and Amanda Anka (aka Mrs. Jason Bateman). Her daughter, whom she shares with ex-husband David Arquette, apparently fell asleep during an episode of "Friends". The aircraft departed without incident and circled near Ontario International Airport (ONT) to burn fuel.

The website also claims Aniston's crew have been moved to another plane.

"The plane's planned destination was Cabo San Lucas".
