According to the rumors, the Huawei P30 and P30 Pro will come equipped with waterdrop notched displays. In both phones, the cameras will be stacked vertically, just like in the P20 Pro.

The announcement comes direct from Huawei, after it posted a short, 10-second video on Twitter teasing the announcement and confirming that we will see the "Huawei P30 Series" on that date. Today via their social media channels Huawei have announced that the P30 will indeed be announced in Paris and it will occur on the 26th March. In it, the video shows still shots of several iconic landmarks in Paris, France, which includes the Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame Cathedral, and the Arc de Triomphe.

The Huawei P30 is the successor of last year's P20 series.

The text accompanying the tweet reads "Rules were made to be rewritten", followed by the date of 26 March 2019. Recently, a leaked video render of the Huawei P30 Pro suggested that the smartphone will have a triple-lens primary rear camera setup that will comprise of a 40MP primary sensor, one 8MP sensor and an additional 20MP sensor suggesting a powerful camera for capturing images and videos. I would also expect it to have the same Kirin 980 processor as the Mate 20, same wide angle camera as the Mate 20 and a 4000mAh battery.

The unsure bits are whether they will go with the "hole punch" displays they are using with the Nova lineup or go with the notch again that features face recognition tech like in the Mate 20 Pro.
