But it appears the American tech giant is set to introduce another redesign of the hardware later this year that has a larger display, a new report has insisted.

Apple is planning to launch a 31.6-inch Pro monitor with 6K resolution and an LCD panel with miniLED backlight that offers ”outstanding picture quality”, according to reliable analyst Ming-Chi Kuo (via AppleInsider and Macrumors). Apple is often criticized for turning its MacBook Pro into a laptop aimed at the general populace instead of professionals; perhaps this new, larger variant will be the pro's Pro with top specs and (fingers crossed) more ports. The analyst also reveals a 16-inch MacBook Pro model and the expansion of ECG support on the Apple Watch Series 4 to new countries.

Ben Geskin is known for sharing renders he makes on Twitter and he has shared what he thinks the 16-inch MacBook Pro could look like.

Additionally, Kuo believes Apple could have a brand new display ready to debut later this year. You might have guessed that to maintain the same footprint of a device, be it a smartphone or notebook, companies like Apple, and others reduce the bezels significantly, allowing them to cram in a bigger display.

"He said, "The new 5.8" OLED may support DSDS, and the new 6.1" LCD may be upgraded to 4GB. This is all in line with previous rumors; the new iPad mini will likely be a modest refresh of the current model, and there's no info about the new Pros.

The note also suggests the 13-inch MacBook Pro will come with 32 GB of RAM, which is a major upgrade from the 16GB of RAM that now ships with the 13-inch model.

As far as new features are concerned, Kuo says Apple will begin offering reverse wireless charging, which means the iPhone will be capable of charging other devices as well.
