The cast also features Ben Barnes (Billy Russo), Amber Rose Revah (Dinah Madani), Jason R. Moore (Curtis), Josh Stewart (John Pilgrim), and Floriana Lima (Dr. Krista Dumont).

As we await the new season and the third season of that other remaining Marvel series on the streamer Jessica Jones, no word if they'll be a Season 3 of The Punisher down the line. When she later asks him his reason, he answers, "What was I supposed to do?" After that, who knows what The Punisher's future with Netflix will be? Plus, good on Netflix for that surprising Alice in Chains choice.

The trailer begins with a young woman asking Frank Castle why he helped her at the bar, intercut with shots of The Punisher dispatching goons using everything at his disposal.

"The Punisher Season Two is, without a doubt, Marvel Netflix's best sophomore season yet, narrowly edging out the deep crime drama of Luke Cage Season Two". The Punisher Season 2 is basically the heavy-metal version of that character conflict. He's the manliest man on the planet; his endless grunting and hollering causes lesser beings to crumple in fear (also, he punches them really hard).

This should be booming music to the ears of anybody who found the first teaser for the upcoming second season of Marvel's The Punisher to be a little lacklustre, as a new full trailer is packed full of some intense action. Per usual, Castle shows just how badass he is by taking on a group of guys at a bar. It's entertaining more often than not, and mostly well made.

According to recent press release, the second season of Netflix's The Punisher will be released January 18, 2019.
