With less than six months left on his current deal, the 28-year-old has been free to talk to foreign clubs since January 1st, and according to Sky Sports, he has now reached an agreement to join Juventus on a free transfer in the summer.

However, while widespread reports claimed Ramsey's Juve deal is as good as done, Spanish football expert Guillem Balague has suggested that the midfielder is still weighing up his options - among them two Spanish clubs.

An offer from Paris St-Germain is thought to carry great appeal, while there is also interest from Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Inter Milan.

He has now reportedly agreed a deal with Juventus, and the pre-contract will be signed in the coming days when his agent flies to Italy to meet the Juventus board. He will be fondly remembered by Arsenal fans, most of whom wish he wasn't going.

Ramsey will leave Arsenal at the end of the season on a free transfer after Arsenal withdrew a contract offer past year.

He is in line to earn up to £140,00 a week with the Italian club, which works out at £7.2 million a season, although Cristiano Ronaldo is Juventus' highest-paid player.

The two parties were close to finalising an agreement but no physical contract was on the table when the club chose to pull out.

The Wales worldwide is Arsenal's longest-serving playing, having moved to the Emirates from Cardiff City as a teenager back in 2008.

"We need his performances for us and the last matches I am very happy with him". I asked in the last match at Blackpool if he is OK to help us play and he said, "Yeah, coach, I want to play" and he played with a very big behaviour and commitment to us. "We can only loan players", said Emery.
