Directed by Karthik Subbaraj, Petta features Rajinikanth as a hostel warden with an intriguing past.

Viswasam is the fourth combination movie of Thala Ajith and director Siruthai Siva. All praise goes to director Karthik Subbaraj. "I wanted to show his style on screen". This strategy seems to have paid in most parts as audiences flocked to the theatres to catch a glimpse of the superstar in the avatar of Kaali. The movie available for free to download in view in various file sizes: 1080 Pixel and 720 Pixel with 2.5 GB, 1.4Gb, 500MB, 400MB and 250MB. Viswasam seemingly has turned out to be the most preferred movie in the B, C Centres, which has given the film an edge over Petta on day 1. While Petta has grossed around Rs 48 crore on its first day, Viswasam raked in Rs 43 crore on its opening day at the worldwide box office. But on the same day, Ajith Kumar starrer Viswasam is also releasing, the movie must give hard competition to Petta. In Bollywood, films like Uri: The Surgical Strikes starring Vicky Kaushal and The Accidental Prime Minister starring Anupam Kher have released.

"While Petta movie garnered support from the families, theatres screening Viswasam was largely visited by the fans". While the initial collections may be decent at best, both the movies have scope of earning the big bucks in the upcoming holidays.

At 6am, about 300 of them gathered to celebrate the release of the Tamil film, which has opened to a positive response in India, ahead of next week's Pongal festival.
