In the teaser, Daenerys approaches Sansa Stark (Sophia Turner), and Sansa tells her, albeit unenthusiastically: "Winterfell is yours, Your Grace".

During the 76th Annual Golden Globe Awards, HBO dropped a new trailer for its 2019 slate which featured our first look at the fantasy drama's eighth and final season.

A brief segment of the new footage shows Game of Thrones characters Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) and Jon Snow (Kit Harrington) arriving in Winterfell.

HBO recently released a clip which shows new footage from Game of Thrones, Veep, Euphoria, Watchmen and Big Little Lies among others.

The series is HBO's biggest hit ever with some 30 million viewers in the USA alone and an army of devoted fans worldwide. Many fans are under that assumption, and they're not happy.

"Were she to find out about his title, it would cut deep".

Therefore, it seems once the Night King reaches Winterfell, he'll be facing off against both the Mother of Dragons and Snow for round two. Though no specific date in April has been set, it nevertheless gives fans their first indication of when they can expect the highly-anticipated season. Watchmen shows up at 13 seconds, while Game of Thrones appears at 40 seconds.

The network later tweeted: "Yes, Sansa did say what you think she said".

"And that's where we first see her - as a very protective, empowered lady in charge".

Seriously, the fact that HBO managed to pack so much in such a short pocket of time has given me whiplash.
