"The upcoming Galaxy A8s would be the first smartphone to feature a hole-punch display for the front camera".

Samsung is widely expected to unveil the Galaxy S10 series in February. The company has released the poster of the smartphone mentioning the launch date as well as background of the Galaxy and captioning it as "Real Galaxy". Samsung calls it an Infinity-O display, which will replace the notch with a hole within the display to host the selfie camera and other sensors. The top right placement is interesting since the Galaxy A8s and the upcoming Huawei Nova 4 will get a single cut-out-hole that's positioned on the top left corner instead. That's when she discovered the image being used on the Samsung Malaysia website, presented as a photo taken with the Galaxy A8 Star. Users of Chinese social media believe that probably the photograph shows the layout of the devices that are typically used by manufacturers of cases for mobile phones. Besides this, there's a wealth of info coming from leaks that tell us quite a bit about the bezel-less smartphone. We also see a flash and what is presumably the heart-rate sensor next to the cameras. A fingerprint scanner will sit on the back of this phone as well, and below it, you'll be able to see the company's branding, of course. A recent report also stated that the mid-range smartphone would do away with the beloved 3.5mm headphone jack. So, even if it comes second, it will still have an advantage over the Galaxy A8s (expected to have a Snapdragon 710). The Samsung Galaxy A8s will reportedly feature a 6.39-inch TFT LCD display manufactured by BOE with a screen aspect ratio of 19.5:9.

As for Huawei, the Chinese phone maker also published a promotional image for its upcoming smartphone and it looks almost identical to Samsung's.
